General Access
The galleries are located on the ground floor of the building
and the archives on the first floor. Access to "The War Horse" is
through the Barrack Yard. Visitors should be aware that the museum
is in an old building and the floor is uneven in places. A lift is
available to the 1st floor for access to the Archive. Staff are
available to assist, please ask if you require help.

Babies
Baby changing facilities are available in the toilets.
Guide and assistance dogs
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome. Dog bowls and water are
available from the main reception desk.
Lift
The lift has Braille buttons.
Seating
Seating is provided throuought the museum. Staff are available
to assist, please ask if you require help.
Toilets
An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.
Touching Objects
Throughout the galleries are displays, interactivities and
objects that can be touched. Handling sessions are available for
